First contact & process
How does a first collaboration work?
After receiving your request, we send an initial analysis within 48 business hours. If your need matches our capabilities, we launch a sourcing or commercial proposal phase. All initial exchanges are free and non-binding.
What is the response time?
ORIZONEX TRADING commits to responding to any structured request within 48 business hours.
How do I submit a supply request?
Use our RFQ form. The more detail you provide, the faster and more precise our response.
Commercial terms & incoterms
Which incoterms do you offer?
We work with EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP and CPT. The applicable incoterm is agreed based on the operation, destination and buyer preferences.
What is the MOQ?
There is no fixed MOQ. It varies by product family, origin and supplier conditions. Specify your volume in the RFQ.
What payment methods do you accept?
International bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA). Letters of credit (LC) are available for larger operations. Payment terms are defined case by case.
In which currencies do you work?
Primarily euros (EUR). Some operations may involve USD or other currencies.
Sourcing & quality
In which countries do you source?
Primarily South-East Asia (China, Vietnam, Thailand), Turkey, the EU and North Africa (Maghreb).
How do you manage quality control?
We systematically qualify suppliers before any commitment. Pre-shipment inspection via accredited third parties is available. Compliance requirements (CE, REACH) are built in from the start.
Can you handle custom sourcing?
Yes — specific packaging, private label, custom assembly or formulation. These requests require a longer supplier qualification period.
Logistics & delivery
Do you handle customs formalities?
ORIZONEX TRADING coordinates all steps, including liaison with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
To which countries do you deliver?
Primarily France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and certain African markets via local partners.
What types of transport do you offer?
Maritime (FCL/LCL), air freight and road transport. Our Gonesse location, 7 km from Paris CDG, facilitates air operations. Le Havre (220 km) is our primary maritime access point.
