In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, express jurisdiction is assigned to the courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of ORIZONEX TRADING, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction.

The Website is primarily intended for a professional clientele. Relationships between ORIZONEX TRADING and its professional clients are, where applicable, subject to separate commercial terms formalised by quote or contract.
